Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened mattresses and box springs
  • Used crib mattresses
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Return shipping label (if applicable)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: New item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after return processing

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Note: International returns may be subject to customs fees and import duties which are non-refundable. Original shipping costs are not refundable for international orders.
